Successful applicants will be invited to interview and required to provide an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau. (at the cost of £49, which we will reimburse after your three month probation).

Training

Prior to working alone in the community all care-workers attend a three-day training course covering all aspects of caring in the community including practical guidance and safe moving and handling techniques. Following the initial training, new careworkers are 'shadowed' by a Supervisor to ensure lessons learned in the classroom can be put to effective use in a real working environment.

Continuous Development

Training and Supervision is ongoing at Carewatch. The care of our clients is paramount and by investing in the continuous development of our staff and monitoring the quality of care provided we ensure that the care we provide is the best it can be.
